Catherine Fournier is a member of the Quebec Bar since 1998. She studied law at the Université de Sherbrooke and was awarded her degree in 1996.
At the onset of her career, Mrs. Fournier joined forces with Serge Bernier, and together founded their own firm. She thus gained a wealth of experience in several fields of law, including family, civil, and criminal law.
Among her meaningful and highly instructive experiences during this period, Catherine Fournier served as a prosecutor in several jury trials held in Quebec City, St-Hyacinthe, and Montreal. She has practised criminal and penal law as both a federal prosecutor and defence lawyer in different trials.
For many years, she has been involved with various committees of the Quebec Bar and was the Leader of the Bar of Arthabaska District.
Today, Mrs. Fournier practices almost exclusively in corporate law, as well as corporate litigation, and her vast experience enables her to effectively defend her clients on all fronts, as well as, finding ingenious solutions tailored to their individual needs and situations.
